At Aalberts integrated piping systems, training and development never stops. Whether it is training on the job, an external training program or an in-depth training on a topic, we encourage our employees to keep learning.
By conducting personal development interviews, both managers and employees can define their development areas and translate them into yearly training plans. We believe that only by stepping outside your comfort zone you keep developing yourself. Good is never good enough.
Aalberts development programs Connect and Fit
Aalberts has international employee development programs in place for those who have recently started their career at Aalberts and for those employees that are more experienced. These programs are called CONNECT and FIT and after you have established yourself you may be nominated to take part in one of these programs to help you develop as a person and a leader.
Aalberts international post-graduate program and trainee program
If you’ve just finished your master’s degree and you want to hit the road running, our international management trainee programme may well be just the thing you are looking for. Over a period of 18 months we send our management trainees on six three-month rotations working at an Aalberts company. At least two of the rotations will be abroad. You will end the programme with a strong understanding of our business and establish your own international network of contacts. It is our goal to find you a role in the company that best fits your talents and capabilities.
