your challenge

As the Plant Manager Aalberts ips SAS, you will lead our production site in France. This key role involves overseeing the expectations of the different stakeholders of the factory. Your main mission will be to support the leadership team to enhance the performance of this organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams around Aalberts ips EMEA/APAC-supply chain, purchase, continuous improvement­ to ensure alignment and streamline operations.

You will be part of the Operations EMEA/APAC leadership team with plant managers in the Netherlands, Hungary, and Taiwan, as well as, Cl, purchase and supply chain directors EMEA/APAC. You will report directly to the COO of Aalberts IPS EMEA/APAC.

your key responsibilities

• responsible for health, safety & environmental issues
• guarantees the plant’s performance and results
• manages staff & sets goals based on key objectives
• executes operational excellence improvement plans
• co-defines the company’s annual budget
• manages the company’s internal and external communications
• co-defines and implements the site’s investment plan
• proposes the company’s development strategy
• must use his or her disciplinary powers if required
• ensures compliance with Aalberts ips values and governance best practice
• communicates and consult with superiors, peers, workforce and trade unions
• maintains a safe working environment in line with all environmental regulations
• any other duties commensurate with the grade and nature of this position.
