Inside sales and PM specialist (grooved) Europe
Location: Hilversum the Netherlands
Your role
As integral part of the commercial team in Europe, your primary focus is to provide product management and inside sales support to the European sales team for the Shurjoint product range. At this crucial role, you will be the connecting element among sales, supply chain (at IPS BV), inside sales team (at IPS APAC) global, and global grooved product management team.
Key responsibilities
Inside sales:
- Analysing project inquiries and selecting the correct products for quotation
- Preparing project quotations in close cooperation with the local salesperson / distributor
- Manage pricing and lead times for non-standard items
- Maintain the regional pricelists
- Keep track of the project pipeline in the CRM software and provide input to supply chain as part of
the sales, inventory and operational planning process.
Product management:
- Work with the global grooved team on new product introductions
- Product line maintenance, i.e. product additions, product phase-out.
- Coordinating outbound marketing activities with support of IPS EMEA/APAC marketing team (
catalogues, marketing materials), and sales leaders. - Master data management of grooved assortment
- Follow market developments, customer demands and trends
- Hilversum, The Netherlands
